Home Inspection Services in Chicago
Home inspection consists of the following:
Basement, Foundation and Structure Inspection
Attic, Insulation and Ventilation Inspection
If the attic is accessible, the certified home inspector will try to get a good look inside for structure, venting, insulation and electrical problems that can often exist and are visible in an attic.
The doors, windows, walls, the floor are all part of the general home inspection. The certified home inspector will check a significant number of windows to see how they work. Any window malfunction including missing or damaged screens will be noted in the report. In the case the doors are damaged or in need of adjustment, a certified home inspector will make notes in the report if these conditions are visible.
