Chicago Home Inspection for a house

Inspecting a house requires more time than a condominium. In a house, I have to inspect a few additional components like the roof, the exterior, the basement and the foundation walls. The Chicago Home Inspection Estate fee will be higher than a condo inspection due to the additional work. The house inspection report will have 20-35 pages and include digital pictures.

Chicago Home Inspection for a condominium

Inspecting a condo is a little less time consuming than that of a house. There are still a few things that are important when inspecting a condo but the Chicago Home Inspection Estate fee will be less than that of a house inspection. I will check all the appliances in the kitchen, laundry room and other existing ones. Also, many condos have their own heating and cooling systems that will be included in the condo inspection. The electric panel breakers sometimes have unsafe wiring and I will be able to see that when I open the panel cover. I will also check a significant number of electrical outlets and switches for proper functionality. In addition, I will check the plumbing components as there may be leaks or improper connections. The condo inspection report will have 15-25 pages and include digital pictures.
