Mold Testing

Mold is a common term for a large family of fungi, nearly a million species. Mold grows in buildings where there is moisture and when the temperature is between 40 and 140 degrees F. By just looking at it, mold cannot be identified. Have an expert who is trained in microscopic identification determine its kind. It is not reliable to judge with the naked eye, or on mold color.

Home Inspection Estate can help the home and business owners of Chicago determine whether or not they need professional mold remediation or not. I personally conduct the mold inspections to determine whether or not your property has elevated levels of mold within the indoor environment. Air or/and surface samples will be collected to provide factual evidence of mold if found. Ideally, minimum two air samples need to be taken to have a complete image of the mold spores concentration in the breathable air of the property. One sample should be taken inside the building and the other one should be taken outdoors if the weather conditions allows. After many years of experience in this industry I take pride in the fact that our Chicago customers can trust the results I provide are indeed facts. The mold test results are usually provided the next business day.
