I have a house with cedar siding and metal roof with no gutters (for good reason), however the rain washes off the roof, hits the ground and splatters up soaking the cedar siding. Any ideas to solve problem, thought about planting evergreen shrubs to absorb the roof wash and keep it from splattering up.
